General Settings

Overview

The General Settings tab provides organisation-wide controls for Protection Profiles, logging, user permissions, and license assignment.

Accessing General Settings

1. Go to Settings → General

Settings

Protection Profiles

Protection Profiles define the scanning and threat response rules applied to users and groups. Each profile can be configured independently, and users are assigned to exactly one profile.

Log Settings

Configure the retention period and maximum entry count for each log type: File Scan Logs, URL Scan Logs, and Audit Trail.

Permission Sets

Assign the appropriate permission set to each user to control access to scanning features, the dashboard, and the admin settings.

License Assignment

Manage package license allocation. Assign or remove licenses per profile to control which users consume a package seat.
